My Growth Journey - From Adversity to Strength

 

I've had the incredible privilege of working alongside hundreds of founders on their growth journeys - a journey I completed myself when I sold CFO Alliance in 2022.

The early years of my life were full of adversity and difficult circumstances, which in retrospect was a gift.  Those tough experiences shaped my resilience and endurance, two key ingredients I needed on my growth journey at CFO Alliance.

As a founder, I faced triumphs and trials in every area of my business - sales, customers, finances, and people.  There were successes … but also many failures along the way, and times when the pressure was totally overwhelming. 

 

Looking back, I can see that starting a company was about much more than just business—it was about unlocking my next phase of profound personal growth.

 

My Purpose

 

The transformational experiences in my life have ignited a deep desire to share the universal growth principles I've learned along the way.

 

I truly believe everyone, including YOU, has the power within to live a joyful and extraordinary life.

 

My Guiding Principles

 

My clients have told me I remind them of Yoda, Rafiki and Oprah, to name a few ... (they said it, not me!).

 

While those are flattering comparisons, I believe they highlight the qualities I bring to my work:

 

Commitment, intentionality, intuition, trustworthiness, wisdom, and a deep desire to help other people.  I'm always up for a challenge and eager to champion my client's best interests.
